David has served in multiple C-Suite level positions focused on advocacy, strategy and business development. David has led multiple nonprofit regional and statewide associations focused on the development, execution, communication and sustaining of corporate success strategies and resources resulting in new site and product
development, multiple private and nonprofit mergers and continuous growth in clients and resources.
David has guided statewide nonprofit membership organizations as the Chief Executive Officer and part of Executive Team providing strategic visioning and leadership development and is adept at building an organization while implementing the Board of Directors’ vision, goals and objectives focused on culturally appropriate and focused
efforts.
David has been an appointee for multiple California Governors and is an active member in both National and Statewide associations.
